Shipping Policy

Charlie can’t deliver your box himself (she’d eat it on the way ), so here’s how we ship your chomps:


Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During product launches or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you updated.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • We ship primarily through USPS and UPS.

  • Standard delivery times are 3–7 business days once your order has shipped (within the U.S.).

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your chomps every step of the way.

Shipping Restrictions

  • At this time, we ship within the United States only.

  • We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

    • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at info@chompincharlie.com within 7 days. We’ll work with the carrier to make it right.

    • Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order — we can’t be responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
