Charlie can’t deliver your box himself (she’d eat it on the way ), so here’s how we ship your chomps:
Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During product launches or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you updated.
Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

We ship primarily through USPS and UPS.

Standard delivery times are 3–7 business days once your order has shipped (within the U.S.).
Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your chomps every step of the way.
Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we ship within the United States only.

We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at info@chompincharlie.com within 7 days. We’ll work with the carrier to make it right.

Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order — we can’t be responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
