Refund Policy

We want tails wagging — here’s how we handle refunds.

Because our products are perishable dog treats, we cannot accept returns once a bag has been opened.

Refunds & Replacements

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days at info@chompincharlie.com with your order number and a photo of the product. We’ll be happy to replace or refund your order.

  • Refunds will be applied back to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened bags of treats.

  • Gift cards.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges, but we will replace damaged or defective products at no additional cost.
